What is a custom spray tan?
Our custom spray tan is a 1-on-1, personalized, spray tanning session with a professional  technician.  The spray technician, using a high-pressure spray gun, applies sunless solution to the areas you desire during your scheduled session.  Sessions often include full-body application, legs only, or facial sprays.

By allowing a professional to apply the spray solution you can ensure a flawless even application, especially on hard to reach areas such as the back.  Sunless sessions usually last around 15-30 minutes (this includes drying time) and results can be expected to last 5-7 days.

Pre-Tan instructions: 

• Shave whatever you normally shave and exfoliate your skin. Spray tans work on the outermost layer of your skin, so you want the freshest skin possible for the longest lasting result.

• Exfoliate your skin using simply water and a loofa/exfoliating glove. People with sensitive skin may want to exfoliate before they shave and not use a loofa/glove . DO NOT USE ANY UNAPPROVED PRODUCTS TO EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN  AS IT WILL LEAVE AN OILY/FILMY RESIDUE THAT WILL GIVE YOU AN UNEVEN FADING TAN.

• Do not apply any lotions, perfumes, deodorant or makeup to your skin before your tan as these will prevent the color from absorbing properly. If you simply cannot do without, we can remove those here at the studio -- no need to rush home! 

• No pedicures the day of your tan. 

What to wear: 

Wear dark, loose fitting clothing to your appointment or carry it with you to wear after your tan. Do not wear tight fitting undergarments, socks, shoes or anything that may restrict your skin as this will affect the development of your tan. 

During your Spray tan you may wear a bathing suit, underwear, thong or females can go au-naturel. However you want your tan lines! 

Post Tan Instructions: 

• Do not plan any activities that will cause you to sweat or get wet for at least 10 hours after your tan (preferably 24 hours). This includes: bathing , working out, swimming, etc. Do not apply moisturizers during this waiting period. 

• Your first shower should be a rinse, no shampoo or soap. You will see cosmetic bronzer wash off down the drain, this is perfectly fine. The actual tan has already developed on your skin. When you get out of the shower PAT yourself dry -- no rubbing with a towel. 

• Since Spray tans work on the outermost layer of your skin you want to avoid or minimize the usage of anything that exfoliates your skin. This includes: shaving (limit if possible) , exfoliating gloves , loofas, astringents, sea salts, toners, sugar scrubs, etc. 

• MOISTURIZE TWICE DAILY. You want to use approved moisturizers for Spray tanning. Over the counter moisturizers may contain chemicals or ingredients that will remove your tan or cause it to fade unevenly. 

• Airbrush tans last an average of 7-10 days (more or less depending on your skin type and condition) 

This product does not offer any protection from UV rays. WEAR SUNSCREEN!
